1. Who we are

מועדון שלי is a SaaS loyalty-card platform operated by Yaron Maman (Israel). The mobile app is for merchants only. Customers' loyalty cards live in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — there is no customer app.

2. Data we collect — Merchants

When a merchant account is created:

  • Email and password (for sign-in)
  • Business name, address, phone (optional)
  • Loyalty-program configuration (stamps/points, rewards)
  • Transactions performed in the merchant app (scans, broadcasts)

3. Data we collect — End customers (cardholders)

When a customer signs up for a merchant's loyalty card:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth (used for birthday rewards)
  • Approximate location at sign-up, only with your consent (helps the merchant understand their reach)
  • Preferred language
  • Stamps / points earned at that merchant

We never share customer data between merchants. Each merchant only sees their own customers.

4. Camera permission (merchants)

The merchant app uses the camera only to scan customer QR codes at checkout. No images are stored or transmitted.

5. Push notifications

Customer loyalty cards in Apple/Google Wallet receive silent updates (new stamp count) and may receive broadcast messages from the merchant they signed up with. Customers can remove the card at any time from the Wallet app.

6. Storage and retention

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU region — Frankfurt). We keep merchant data while the subscription is active. Customer data is kept while the customer is active and up to 3 years after their last visit, after which it is deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting Yaron at +972 58-499-4467 on WhatsApp.

8. No third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing. Wallet pass infrastructure (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
