Terms of Service

1. Service

מועדון שלי ("the Service") provides digital loyalty cards for merchants in Israel. Customers' cards are stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Merchants use a dedicated iOS/Android app to manage their loyalty program.

2. Pricing

The Service is offered at 150 ILS per month per merchant. Payment is made directly to Yaron Maman by bank transfer or Bit. Accounts are activated and managed manually. There is no automatic billing.

Optional SMS sending costs 0.50 ILS per SMS, prepaid.

3. Account

Merchant accounts are created on request or via self-sign-up, subject to our approval. The merchant is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable use

The Service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to collect data without consent. Customers' phone numbers must be collected with their explicit consent.

5. Suspension

We may suspend an account in case of non-payment or breach of these terms. Data is preserved for 90 days after suspension, then deleted unless reactivated.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months.
