Terms of Service

1. Service

Moadon Sheli (מועדון שלי, "the Service") provides digital loyalty cards for merchants in Israel. Customers' cards are stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Merchants manage their loyalty program in a dedicated iPhone app (App Store) or from a computer at moadonsheli.com/app.

2. Pricing

The Service costs 120 ILS + VAT per month per business on the yearly plan (billed for the full year), or 150 ILS + VAT per month on the monthly plan. Setup is free. Each additional location costs 50 ILS per month. Payment is made directly to Yaron Maman by bank transfer or Bit. Accounts are activated and managed manually. There is no automatic billing.

Optional emails to customers cost about 0.50 ILS per email, prepaid as credits.

Stopping the Service: on the monthly plan, the merchant can tell us at any time; one last month is billed from that day, then the Service stops. On the yearly plan, a paid year runs to its end and cannot be stopped mid-year.

3. Account

Merchant accounts are created on request or via self-sign-up, subject to our approval. The merchant is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable use

The Service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to collect data without consent. Customers' phone numbers must be collected with their explicit consent.

5. Suspension

We may suspend an account in case of non-payment or breach of these terms. Data is preserved for 90 days after suspension, then deleted unless reactivated.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months.
