Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use the Moadon Sheli website, including people with disabilities. We are working to align the site with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines.

2. What we have done

• Hebrew reads right to left, English and French left to right; each page declares its language.
• Full keyboard navigation, a clearly visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Sufficient text contrast, and the page can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• A clear heading structure, real buttons and links, and labels on icon buttons.
• Animations stop when “reduce motion” is turned on in your device settings, and a pause button stops looping animations.
• The site works on phones, tablets and computers.

3. Known limitations

• Merchant signup pages use the colors and photo each business chooses, so their contrast may vary.
• Loyalty cards are shown in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet; their accessibility depends on Apple and Google.
• The app screenshots on the home page are images; their content is described in the text next to them.
